St. Leo's Soup Kitchen is on the move! Special thanks to the Historic Peoples Community Church in Detroit on Woodward Avenue for sharing their kitchen and cafeteria, we can not feed our neighbors in need without our valued partners!

On March 18th (2026) St. Leo’s Soup Kitchen is reopening at its new location in the renovated Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL) Recreation Center at 6945 Wagner Street, Detroit, as it becomes part of Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan’s expanded food programs.  This transition allows us to serve even more families facing food insecurity while honoring the legacy of St. Leo’s commitment to hospitality, dignity, and nutritious food.

We are here for you! No one should go hungry and the staff and volunteers of St. Leo’s Soup Kitchen are dedicated to serving those less fortunate.
